The residential development of Harrington Grove, Macarthur Region NSW, comprises 1400 large home sites. In 2013, Harrington Grove was awarded the prestigious Residential Development of the Year by Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA NSW).
This award recognises Harrington Grove as the best residential development in NSW / ACT. Lindsay Civil were engaged over an 8-week period to manage the underground electrical reticulation for a 155-lot sub division.
With a budget of 1m, Lindsay Civil managed the directional drill under Camden Valley Way NSW, installation of three (3) new sub-stations and the upgrade of two (2) existing sub-stations.
