I have contracted Lindsay Civil to complete electrical infrastructure on major subdivision projects over the last 4 years, the most recent being Emerald Hills Estate Stage 1 and Macarthur Heights Stages 1 through to 4.

The team at Lindsays, headed by Matt and Peter, are helpful, efficient and cooperative at every stage from tendering to completion. The Project Managers are always accessible and approach the projects with knowledge and professionalism. I find the Crews onsite to be safe, productive, driven and to work cooperatively with other trades.

TRN employed Lindsay Civil for the Gregory Hills stage 2C – 66 lot residential subdivision. Works included undergrounding existing high voltage overhead power lines and electrical reticulation and street lighting for the subdivision, the approximate budget was $500,000. Lindsay Civil worked well as part of the overall construction team, providing quick and neat trench work, with no damage to existing infrastructure such as sewer junctions, kerb and gutter and asphalt. The team cleaned up well and kept rubbish to a minimum, allowing the site to remain in a neat and tidy state which allowed the sales of residential lots to continue. The team were very easy to work with both in the field with the site foreman and in the office with timing of works, fitting in with programs, Early Notification of Arrangement applications and invoicing. A very professional company all round.

Lindsay civil is a fantastic company to work with. Their customer service is second to none. I strongly believe that Lindsay Civil will grow into being a big industry player, but will not lose their personal approach.
