Lindsay Civil were engaged by WEM in the Stockland developed Willowdale Retirement Village to deliver a complete electrical construction.

The project included the development of 266 independent living villas and a community centre. The construction was undertaken over multiple stages.

Lindsay civil was asked to deliver the following as part of the project:

• 2 x Main Switch Boards
• 2 x Distribution Boards
• 2 x Substations.

Lindsay Civil implemented the street and path lighting for the Village as well as the natural gas network and the National Broadband Network (NBN) infrastructure.

ARV’s newest development, Ponds fronts onto Stanhope Parkway NSW and was built over several stages.

The village features over 200 independent living units and a 100-plus bed aged care facility. Lindsay Civil were contracted over an 8-week period to provide AS3000 compliant electrical works and infrastructure for the installation of NBN.

The budget of $1m included the supply and installation of a main switchboard and distribution boards, complete level 1 works, including 22kV copper feeder cable and new 1000 KVA substation.
